Thank you for choosing Orétoille. Every piece of jewelry is carefully crafted, packaged, and shipped directly from our studio in Israel. We are dedicated to ensuring your purchase reaches you safely and seamlessly.

Processing Time

Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-Order & Customized Pieces: Custom pieces require hand-crafting time. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production prior to dispatch.

Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding Israeli national holidays.

Shipping Methods, Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are happy to offer Free Worldwide Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required.

Express Shipping with DHL: Express shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your destination country.
Local Pickup: If you are located in Israel and would like to collect your order in person, please select Local Pickup at checkout. We will contact you via email or WhatsApp as soon as your order is ready to coordinate a convenient pickup time.

Order Tracking & Insurance

Once your package is shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and direct tracking link.

All packages are fully insured during transit against loss or theft until marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees assessed by your destination country's government.

Duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order to estimate potential additional charges.

Delivery Delays & Shipping Address

Correct Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete (including apartment/suite numbers) at checkout. Orétoille cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
Customs Delays: Delivery timeframes are estimates. Please note that international orders may occasionally experience unexpected delays due to local customs processing or severe weather events, which are beyond our control.
