• Unique Nature of Jewelry: All jewelry pieces offered on Orétoille are handcrafted. Due to the nature of handmade production and natural gemstones, minor variations in texture, metal finish, or stone shade may occur. These are not considered defects, but rather unique signatures of natural craftsmanship.

• Colors & Images: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

SECTION 2 – Pricing & Orders

• Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us (for example, in the event of stock inaccuracies or payment authorization issues). If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you via the email address provided at checkout.

• Custom-made, personalized, or specifically resized pieces are initiated upon full payment or agreed deposit.

• Because custom items are created to your personal specifications, they are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

All content included on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photos, images, designs, and software, is the property of Orétoille and is protected by international copyright laws.
