A three-stone ring in sterling silver, set with a cushion-cut chrome green topaz between two pear-cut apatites.
The topaz is a deep, dark teal, somewhere between bottle green and blue ink, with flashes of lighter green when it catches the light. On either side, the apatites carry a brighter, electric blue, so the three stones read as one colour seen at different depths. I carved the setting by hand in wax, building each bezel around its own stone, with a textured, organic surface running across the shoulders and into the band. The ring was then cast in sterling silver using the lost-wax process. The wax model doesn’t survive casting, so this ring cannot be reproduced.
